Spacious room, exceptional ONSEN, helpful staff, authentic Japanese experience, friendly staff, great nearby restaurants.

All was good.

I loved the Japanese set dinner with multiple courses, all fresh and skillfully prepared. The room was spacious and had a genuine Japanese feel. The ONSEN was one of the best I've experienced. The hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful despite language barriers. This city had many good restaurants and was conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the train station.

Had an amazing Xmas experience at this hotel! The traditional Japanese set dinner was exceptional and delicious, with a range of 10-15 different courses. The room was spacious and provided us a great view of the beautiful snow-covered location. The best part was the fantastic Onsen with 4 different areas to choose from, giving us a truly relaxing experience. The hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to many good restaurants and just a 15-minute walk from the railway station.

That the staff didn't speak English fluently, which made it a bit difficult to communicate and understand the menus. There were also no written instructions in English provided, but the friendly staff more than made up for it with their excellent service and helpfulness. despite the language barrier, it was still a truly excellent experience and a real Japanese experience.

The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants nearby and within walking distance of a train station. the staff are friendly, helpful and provide excellent service. the rooms are spacious and well-appointed with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the onsen facilities are varied and enjoyable, with different themes for each one, including one of the best onsen experiences available according to previous guests.

The hotel struggles with language barriers, with many staff members not able to speak much English.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with traditional Japanese decoration. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, representing the authentic flavors of the region. The location was convenient, close to several tourist attractions and shops.
